Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

• Glam Pod and Glam Mask are currently in development. Orders placed now are pre-orders.

• The estimated delivery window is Q2 2026, though this date may change as development and production progress.

• Customers will be notified by email of any updates or changes to the shipping schedule.

Shipping Methods

• Once available, orders will be shipped via major carriers (such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx) with tracking information provided.

• Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

• At launch, we plan to ship within the United States.

• International shipping will become available when we expand beyond the U.S. market. Details will be shared at that time.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Delays & Updates

• Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guarantees. While we work hard to meet our timelines, unexpected delays may occur.

• If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified and will always have the option to cancel their pre-order for a full refund.
