PRE-ORDER & PRICING

Q: When will I receive my mask(s)? A: Mask delivery expected in mid-2026. We'll provide regular updates on production progress and shipping timelines. 

Q: Why will it take so long for the product to be delivered? ? A: We’re working diligently on developing products that you’ll love. We want to make sure that the product that ends up in your hands, and on your face, is the quality you deserve. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and offer financing options through Shop for orders over $35 to make our products accessible to more customers.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order? A: Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipping for a full refund, in compliance with FTC pre-order regulations.

Q: Is this a monthly subscription or a one-time payment? A: Pre-orders are a one time payment. Once our products launch, Glam Mask will be available both as individual masks and as a monthly subscription for a lower price per mask and Glam Pod will be offered per application.

Q: How does the Glam Mask work? A: The Glam Mask uses our proprietary transfer technology to apply a full face of makeup in under a minute. Simply "Press. Peel. Reveal." The mask will contain pre-applied makeup that transfers seamlessly to your skin to provide precise makeup application. 

Q: What makeup products are included? A: Each mask includes a customized combination of foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, blush, contour, highlighter, eyeliner, and lip color - everything needed for a complete look. All formulations are created with high-quality, skin-safe ingredients.

Q: How long does the application take? A: We’re still in development but we’re working hard to deliver the final version of Glam Mask that applies your complete makeup look in under a minute - perfect for busy mornings or quick touch-ups.

Q: What skin tones are available? A: We're committed to true inclusivity. Our diverse technical team is developing formulations that will work across all skin tones and we hope to partner with some of your favorite shade-inclusive makeup brands. When we say inclusive, we mean inclusive - no one is left behind.

Q: How does the mask work with false eyelashes or mascara? A: We recommend applying false lashes or mascara after using the Glam Mask, as the mask focuses on base makeup, eyeshadow, and other areas.

Q: How does the robotic application system work? A: Our in-store robotic system will use advanced computer vision, machine learning, and precision robotics to analyze your facial features and apply makeup with professional-level accuracy and consistency.

Q: Is the robotic system safe? A: Absolutely. Our robotic system will be extensively tested for safety and will use gentle, controlled movements. All reusable tools will be sanitized between uses following strict hygiene protocols.

Q: How precise is the robotic application? A: We’re developing our robotic system to achieve precision that matches or exceeds professional makeup artists, with consistent results every time. It's being designed to handle detailed work like eyeshadow blending and precise lip and eyelinerapplication.

ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES

Q: How does this help people with limited dexterity? A: The Glam Pod is being specifically designed for users who may have difficulty with traditional makeup application due to limited hand mobility, weakness, tremors, or other dexterity challenges. No fine motor skills are required. Glam Pod will be accessible to wheelchair users and will have disabled people in mind as we design every part of the user experience. 

Q: Are there features for visually impaired users? A: Yes, our app will include voice guidance and audio descriptions throughout the process, making makeup application accessible for users with visual impairments.

Q: What about users with sensitive skin or allergies? A: All our formulations will be dermatologist-tested. We’ll provide complete ingredient lists and offer patch testing recommendations for users with specific sensitivities.

Q: Can I customize my makeup look? A: Yes! Our app allows you to adjust intensity levels, color preferences, and application areas. You can create and save multiple custom looks for different occasions.

Q: Do you offer different makeup styles? A: We'll offer various looks from natural everyday makeup to bold evening styles. Our library will continue to expand with seasonal trends and customer requests.

Q: Can you customize makeup placement, like blush positioning? A: Yes! Some people prefer their blush higher or lower on their cheeks and have other makeup placement preferences as well. There will be various pre-configured looks and they’ll be customizable so you can achieve the makeup look that makes you feel your best!

Q: Do I need a smartphone to use Glam Pod and Glam Mask? A: While Glam Pod will work standalone, Glam Mask customization and new looks will require our mobile app, which will be available for iOS and Android.
